how come it always come out as internet connection error

i dont understand why it doesn't work, i downloaded all needen files, i registered, not sure though if it was already verified, btw its agentphoenix07 admins pls pls pls, verify it, and joined chaosserver10 in hamachi, it still doesn't work.. please help

YOUR IP ADD IS CORRECT..

CHECK YOUR HAMACHI IF THE SERVER IS ONLINE. IF ITS NOT ONLINE
YOU WILL GET THAT MESSAGE. MOST OF THE TIME OUR SERVER IS OFFLINE
DUE TO ADMINS ARE FIXING THE PARTY EXP BUGS.

the ip was incorrect on my computer, but a new problem rose up, it happened again, this time the ip addresses are correct, chaos server 10 is online, but i cant connect to ran chaos
