The computer shop's ip address

My friends are playing in a computer shop, but as the registration rules say 1 ip add 1 account, how about the computer shop, can they play in all of the computers, or just one? I have no problem with it cuz I play at home, but they asked me to create this topci so I can forward the answer

It`s the same - stallion is playing in their shop and he only gets 1 account.
But admin will still have to decide for it.
